Guys, I'm finally out of school! Now I'll have nothing to keep me from writing my fanfiction and having HP movie marathons!
This week, I think I've become addicted to Fanfiction. I read enough Snape fics to give me a wide array of choices... And I read some stuff that I normally would never read. Just a bit of advice for you now that I know from experience: Never read Snape/Dumbledore. Ever. Unless you're into that sort of thing...
Anyway, I found a Snape/Ginny story and it's highly sexual. It was the first Snape/Ginny I've ever read, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I like the story as well as the pairing itself. I mean, don't you think it's likely that Snape noticed that Ginny was a lot like Lily? She has dark red hair, is inexplicably kind (yet quite ferocious when she needs to be), and a Gryffindor. Just like Lily, there's hardly anyone that doesn't like her or think she's pretty. And just like Lily, she has feelings for Potter. Sure, it's a different Potter, but to Snape, Ginny and Harry walking down the corridor together or snogging would look immensely like Lily and James. And I didn't mean to turn this into a theory rant, but I think J.K. Rowling did that on purpose.
So back to what we were talking about before... I think Snape might have liked Ginny. Or at least, favored her over the other Gryffindors. In this story, which is called Snape's Room in the Basement, their relationship is highly sexual. So if you're under 13, you might not want to read it... while your parents are home. And the first few chapters were meant to be one-shots and can stand alone, but it turned into a real story later on. The chapters aren't long, but there's about 35 of them.
You could call it AU, because there's some Canon events, and it even refers to Snape's love for Lily, but a lot of parts are changed. It takes place starting in the summer before Harry's sixth year, then to the Epilogue. Okay, I don't want to give away anymore.
The whole time you were reading that, the link has been hiding under the Invisibility Cloak! It found it a the base of the Whomping Willow... http://www.fanfiction.net/s/6374858/1/Snapes_Room_in_the_Basement

Snape Quote of the Week #16
"Orange, Longbottom," said Snape, ladling some up and allowing it to splash back into the cauldron, so that everyone could see. "Orange. Tell me, boy, does anything penetrate that thick skull of yours? Didn't you hear me say, quite clearly, that only one rat spleen was needed? Didn't I state plainly that a dash of leech juice would suffice? What do I have to do to make you understand, Longbottom?"
Neville was pink and trembling. He looked as though he was on the verge of tears.
"Please, sir," said Hermione, "please, I could help Neville put it right--"
"I don't remember asking you to show off, Miss Granger," said Snape coldly, and Hermione went as pink as Neville. "Longbottom, at the end of this lesson we will feed a few drops of this potion to your toad and see what happens. Perhaps that encourage you to do it properly."
Snape moved away, leaving Neville breathless with fear.
-Prisoner of Azkaban, Ch. 7 "The Boggart in the Wardrobe"
Snape is such a nice teacher, isn't he? Even before I loved Snape(as much as I do now), I always thought these scenes were freaking hilarious. I love how he's so scary and bullies Neville mercilessly. You know, I think the reason J.K. Rowling has Snape be so mean to Neville is to make us doubt that he's purposely singling Harry out. See, he treats Neville just as bad as Harry, if not worse... so we know he just hates all Gryffindors. Well, except for one...
And back to scariness... he's so sexy when he scary. I'd make him mad on purpose just so he would get all up in my face and talk in his dangerous voice... And then when he wasn't expecting it, I'd lunge my head forward. ;D

Snape Insults YOU #16
Snape Insults Senator Weiner
Mister Weiner- Wait, *sniggers* your name is actually Weiner? ...Well, Mister Weiner, would you kindly put your weiner away?! I'll have you know that it is a considerable offense to "Tweet" pictures of your nether regions, whatever "Tweeting" is... Unless, of course, I am the one doing it- It is every woman's dream to get inside my pants. You, however, have a wife, and are supposedly cheating on her with multiple women... This should automatically result in expulsion, but I think some public humiliation would do you some good before your reputation with the rest of the world is ruined. You sir, are a dunderhead for thinking we would believe your obvious lie. And your wife is dunderhead for staying with you. Oh, and you look like a newt.

Snape Video of the Week #16
Ministry of Magic- Lily
Yes, another MoM song. I can't get enough of them... their songs are just amazing. Especially the ones about Snape. I'm glad they write so many songs about Snape... there's at least one in each album. Speaking of which, this is from their new (well, newest) album, Magic is Might.
This song is great for expressing Snape's love for Lily... And the part about it that I'm not sure whether it's a good or bad thing is that the lyrics don't directly say that it even has anything to do with the Potterverse. I would've liked it if it was little more specific, but I also like that it could easily be about anyone else. If a guy liked me and wanted this to be our song, I would automatically love him forever.
And I love how Luke Conard and Kristina Horner did this video for it... they're so great together. Although, I wish Luke had at least dressed like Snape for the video, and Kristina could have dyed her hair red...

Weekly Snape-ly Event #16
Okay, I realize I should've done this yesterday, as it's a picture, but it's a pretty big piece of Snape news too.
This happened a few days ago, but a Deathly Hallows Part 2 poster for Snape has been released. It was one of the last, followed only by Bellatrix, which I honestly think is pretty stupid. At the very least, he should've been the fourth- after the Trio. But that doesn't matter now, because it's out now.

This is just... SO. AMAZING. It is by far the best DH poster (and yes, I am just saying that because I love Snape). But even if you don't like Snape, you can't deny that this is intense. His expression is perfect, the lighting is perfect, his hair is perfect... And I love the sparks... It really intensifies it even more. I wonder how long Alan Rickman had to stay in the photoshoot to get this... probably not long at all. They just tell him, "Okay Alan, the point of this is to look as sexy as possible." Then he says, "No problem." And it's done in five minutes.
I have one more piece of news for today; the MiM Experience has recently announced an opportunity to become more active in the Prince's Tale when we get there. Everything was explained on their Facebook page, but I have it here:
With the Final Battle fast approaching, the Magic is Might staff is working tirelessly to send out this experience in style. Whether or not you like Snape, everyone can agree that the Prince’s Tale is one of the most pivotal and unexpected portions of the series. Thus, we have decided to do something a little bit different for this section. We’re not going to release all the details, but you’ll definitely see the end result the day of the Final Battle. However, we do have a request for you to help make this surprise possible. Here’s what we want:
We need hand-drawn pictures of “The Prince’s Tale,” whatever that means to you. Each picture should be a scene that you think would be appropriate for this topic. It does not need to come straight from that chapter, but should have some sort of canon basis (ie: no Snarry). We will choose what is and isn’t appropriate, and apologize in advance if your picture is not included. Here are some things you can do ahead of time to ensure that your picture will be included.
1) The picture should be 4 in wide and 5 inches long, or 288X360 pixels. It should also not be too detailed that if it’s shrunk down you can’t tell what it is.
2) The picture should either be hand-drawn or made on a computer, but cannot include pictures from the movie. They can be based off of scenes from the movie, but can’t be direct screenshots.
3) We have young viewers. Use your discretion, but if your material is inappropriate in any way, we will not include it. Use your judgment.
4) Be creative! We don’t just want all pictures of the same thing.
5) Have your picture turned in by June 27th. If it’s not in by then, we’re not using it.
Send your drawing to princestale@magicismight.co.uk . You may sign it in the corner, but you may not place a watermark or anything across it or we won’t use it. Within your email, include this statement:
I give permission for this image to be used or sold by the Magic is Might Experience (and then “sign” it by typing your name.
We promise we won’t abuse your image, but once you “sign” this disclaimer, there’s no turning back.
Thank you so much, and see you on July 5th-6th!
The Magic is Might Team
I'll be submitting a picture, and I hope some of you guys do, too!

Snape Picture of the Week #16
It's about time we had another sexy picture. And this would definitely fit the criteria...
I doubt Snape would read naked, but I hope he does. And no, I didn't draw this. It was on http://www.whatwouldseverusdo.tumblr.com/. Although, I have drawn similar things...
Whoever drew this, I love you. But I love Snape more.

Snape Products You Should Totally Buy #2
Sorry's today's post is so late... I got--er, *distracted*. Well, I was finishing the latest chapter of my fanfic, which I always do on Saturdays, and then I was studying for exams. Yep, I definitely have my priorities in order.
Anyway, I made a hurried decision (It's not because I'm lazy or anything...) for today's Snape product, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's a bad one. Now, many of you Snapers (Lol, get it?) may already own this, but I'm featuring Snape's Wand. And for those of you that have been living under a rock with only mundane ways of expressing your love for Snape-- yes, you can buy exact replicas of Snape's wand. You can order it directly from Orlando Studios like I did, Noble Collection, or Ebay. The cheapest you can get it is from Orlando Studios, so I would advise ordering it there.
What Snape fan would not want his wand? Wow, I didn't even realize how sexual that sounded until after I typed it. *sniggers* Well, let's just assume I mean it both ways. Unfortunately, though, his other *wand* is not available for purchase. At least, not yet.
And I thought I should I should you guys my Snape Wand:
It's the most precious thing I own.
